Now if I had a future space ship like Andromeda and wanted the ship's computer personified, I couldn't do any better than Lexa Doig. Also appearing as Rommie, the independent android extension of the ship's computer, gives her the ability to run around and beat up the bad Men. But let us also note "The New Professionals" - an update of '70s classic TV series "The Professionals". Probably not worth comparing the two series as they are very different. In the new one, the remit has expanded beyond British borders as CI5 saves the world from bad people. Lots of action and character interplay.
