Drew Barrymore was born into the film business. Very famous as the little girl in E.T. this was actually already her fourth big screen role and her seconf SF role (having been in Altered States). Then followed by Firestarter. She has been constantly in work ever since, negotiating teenage years to become a major adult Hollywood actress. Of course known in the big popcorn hit Charlies Angels, and its sequel. Preferring lately to act in comedies, nevertheless took time to do the more serious role in the excellent Donnie Darko.
